Klyptra is a privacy-first, on-device app. It turns your long videos into short vertical clips with captions, and all processing happens on your iPhone or iPad. We do not run servers that receive your videos, we do not require an account, and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
None. Klyptra does not collect personal information and has no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We cannot see your videos, clips, transcripts, or how you use the app.
Klyptra offers an optional Klyptra Pro upgrade (a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple handles billing under Apple's Privacy Policy. Your Pro status is determined on-device through Apple's StoreKit; we keep no separate account or server-side record.
You can change these anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
All of your data (videos, clips, projects) lives only on your device. We hold nothing. To delete everything Klyptra created, delete your projects in the app or remove the app from your device.
Klyptra is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect data from them. Because we collect no data at all, this is inherently the case.
If we change this policy we will update the "Effective date" above and post the revised version at this page. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or in an app update where appropriate.
