1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Klyptra you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Klyptra on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application EULA. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Your content

Klyptra processes videos you provide, entirely on your device. You retain all rights to your videos and the clips you create. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any video you import and to anything you publish. Do not use Klyptra to process content you are not authorized to use.

4. Klyptra Pro, subscriptions & purchases

Klyptra is free to use with some limits. Klyptra Pro unlocks additional features and is offered as a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time Lifetime purchase.

• Prices are shown in the app and at the point of purchase, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring charge.
• Purchases can be restored via Restore Purchases in the app.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Klyptra, including by using it for unlawful content, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or circumvent the app's intended operation or its purchase mechanisms.

6. AI-generated suggestions

Klyptra may use on-device machine learning (e.g., speech-to-text and, on supported devices, Apple Intelligence) to suggest clips, captions, and titles. These suggestions are provided "as is," may be inaccurate, and are not a substitute for your own review before publishing.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Klyptra is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Klyptra. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using Klyptra at any time by deleting the app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Effective date" reflects the latest version posted at this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
